Items are shipped via Federal Express.  It takes 1 to 2 days for items to ship and tracking numbers to be assigned.  All orders placed after 3pm EST on Wednesday will begin processing on Monday.  

Shipment fees will not be charged for items over $100 in value .

We guarantee full refund if items are returned within 10 days of shipment.

All returns must be accompanied with all contents from original shipment (including certificates, jewelry boxes, free gifts, and all other promotional items) to our returns department.

Do not write any jewelry related words on the outside of the box or the shipping label. We cannot be responsible for items stolen during return shipping. Double box the item and insure for the full value with a signature upon receipt.  A delivery confirmation will not suffice as this cannot assure that the package was indeed received by someone.

Any order refused or sent back with out an RMA # by the recipient will be charged a 15% handling fee.

2. In the box, please include the items, all boxes, certificates, original invoice, promotional items, and all other documents that you received in your original package. Please also include a small note that you are returning the item for a full refund.
